What we collect
When you send the form we receive what you enter: name, phone, city or ZIP, project type and any optional details such as email, deck size and notes. The form also records the page you sent it from and how you arrived (referrer and campaign tags). When you call, the call is connected to a contractor and basic call details may be logged.
We use analytics (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) to understand which pages are useful. Analytics events record actions such as a phone-link click or a form submission, never the contents of the form.
How we use it
We use your information to pass your request to an independent deck contractor serving your area, who may contact you about your project. Contractors may pay us for project requests or for use of this website. We send your request only to contractors who may do your project, and we don't sell or give your information to anyone for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
Forms are processed by Formspree; the site is hosted on Cloudflare; analytics are provided by Google. They process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, correct it or delete it, call (925) 255-9919. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete.
Cookies and storage
The site stores the first page you visited and campaign tags in your browser so a later quote request can be attributed. Analytics may set cookies. You can clear or block them in your browser.
Children
This site is for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13.
